Daud Mumin

Daud Mumin is a first-generation Somali-Muslim American attending Westminster College. As an award-winning spoken word artist, public speaker, social justice activist, and human rights advocate, he strives to make his community a safer place through the medium of speech. Whether it is on a stage, in a breakout session, classroom, or front of the camera, he’s motivated to give the voiceless a voice and the hopeless hope by engaging in uncomfortable conversations. Discussions that lead to creating change in the world. He can’t wait to share his message with you!
